Do you know to whom these photos belong?

A number of photos dating back as far back as 1915, were turned into the Nanaimo RCMP detachment on Oct. 27. They were found on the railway tracks that cross Fitzwilliam Street. The finder gathered them up and turned them into the the detachment for safe-keeping.

"We were quite fascinated with them as each tells a story from a distinctly different time and place," said Constable Gary O’Brien of the Nanaimo RCMP.

If anyone has information on who the pictures may belong to, please call the Nanaimo RCMP non-emergency line at 250-754-2345.
